QuickSupport service

Jepit QuickSupport - Fast, Secure and Easy

QuickSupport adds significant value to our customers by providing efficient remote assistance. Whether you need support at the office, at home, or anywhere with an internet connection, QuickSupport is here to help. We aim to respond to support requests within 3 hours—often immediately! To get started, simply launch a small remote control software (around 7 MB) for the duration of the support session. The software uses the standard HTTPS port for communication, ensuring compatibility with 99% of internet connections, even behind the tightest firewalls. No installation is required, and it makes no permanent changes to your device. All connections and data traffic are encrypted for security. You can download the QuickSupport software from this site or request it via email. For remote support, we charge a minimum of 15 minutes, and for on-site support, the minimum charge is 1 hour.
